Preschool Prom

Grand Island, Neb. — The Grand Island Public Library is excited to announce a special event to launch its fall preschool programming as a Preschool Prom will be held on Sunday, September 7, at 2 p.m.

This fun, family-friendly event is designed especially for children ages 5 and under. Young participants will enjoy an afternoon filled with crafts, snacks, photo opportunities and of course plenty of dancing. Both kids and adults are encouraged to wear their favorite fancy outfit or costume, making it a memorable celebration for the whole family.

Registration is required and opens Saturday, August 23. Families may register online or by calling the library directly. Space will be limited, and early registration is recommended to ensure a spot at this popular event.

The Preschool Prom is part of the library’s commitment to providing engaging programs for the community’s youngest learners. Events like this encourage creativity, imagination and social interaction while helping introduce children and families to the library’s many resources.

The Grand Island Public Library serves both residents of the City of Grand Island and Hall County. Anyone who lives in or owns property within Hall County is eligible to apply for a library card free of charge. The library also offers a wide range of digital services, educational programs and cultural events for all ages throughout the year.
